23.10.02   now also jvc sent us a letter, in which they ask us to stop selling and developing dv-in solutions for their camcorders because of copy right reasons. this letter also shows, that the reason for the new discussion about dv-in solutions comes from the costums. we now stopped selling and developing of all dv-in products untill the legal situation is clear. more info.

08.10.02   the camcorder manufactures sony, panasonic and sharp forced us to stop selling and developing dv-in solutions for their camcorders. they say, that dv-in solutions violate against their rights. so we stopped selling these products and want to clear the legal situation now. we are sorry that we cannot provide you with dv-in solutions for these camcorders now. more info.

21.05.02   we can now enalbe dv-in at the canon mv4 via dv-in service, widget for canon and lremote software.

02.05.02   an important information: we are working on dv-in solutions for new camcorders, but we have big problems to enable dv-in at them. at new jvc camcorders, which were bought after fall 2001, dv-in enabling is no longer possible. the following camcorders bought after fall 2002 cannot be dv-in enabled (right now): jvc gr-dvp1*/5, gr-dvl140*/150*/155/160/355*/365/450*/555*/765/865, gr-vf1 and gr-dvx44*/77*/400. the camcorders which are marked with a * can be dv-in enabled if they where not bought in the critical time. also new sony and panasonic camcorders make problems, which we are trying to solve.

23.01.02   the panasonic nv-ds88eg can now be enabled via dv-in service and panadvin software.

01.01.02   all prices are in euro only now. we did not use the change of currancy to raise the prices, but to lower them all!

03.12.01   lremote 7.0 is availlible now. the latest version of the dv-in software for sony and canon camcorder can now also be run under win nt, 2000 and xp. so like our dv-in software for jvc and panadvin, all the windows 95/98/me/nt/2000/xp versions are supported.
If you have an older version of lremote and want to upgrade, please just ask us for a simple update via e-mail and we will send you an update file.

10.11.01   now also the samsung vp-d70 and 73 can be enabled via dv-in service. also the new medion md 9021 camcorder, which is compatible to the samsung vp-d55 is new in our list of all camcorder that can be dv-in enabled.

11.10.01   for the first time we managed to enable dv-in at the metz cf34 and cg34. dv-in can only be enabled via dv-in service. both camcorders don't have a still-picture connection, over which these camcorders usually can be dv-in enabled.

09.09.01   the new version 1.7 of our dv-in software for jvc is now available together with a special edit-in-cable for the dv-in enabling of the jvc camcorders gr-dvl355, gr-dvl555, gr-dvx77 and gr-dv1800. this solution is right now the only one, which can enable these new camcorders. we also reduced the prices for our software.

28.08.01   now we are able to enable the jvc gr-dv1800 via dv-in service. analogue-in is here, like at all other dv-camcorders, not possible - only sony d8 camcorders can be analogue-in enabled.

09.08.01   finaly we did it: the jvc gr-dvp1, the world smallest camcorder, can now be enabled by dv-in service. by enabling dv-n, the camcorder becomes a jvc gr-dvp3, which is costs 250.-EUR more. now we also work on a software/cable solution, which surly will need some more weeks.

10.07.01  lremote 6.8 now also can enable dv-in at the sony pc6e, trv15e and trv17e and the canon mv400/425/430/450. panadvin 2.4 now also supports panasonic nv-ds27eg and ds37eg. our dv-in software for jvc and thomson (downloadversion/diskversion) enables also thomson vmd120 and jvc dvx44.
the widget for jvc/thomson supports form now on the jvc dvl140, dvl150, dvl355, dvl450 and dvl555, the widget for sony dv the pc6e, trv15e and trv17e, the widget for panasonic the nv-ds27eg and ds37eg and the widget for canon the mv400, mv410, mv425, mv430 and mv450.

11.06.01   the latest version 1.6 of the downloadversion of our dv-in software für jvc can now be orderd. new supported s the jvc dvx44. in a short time we will be able to offer an newer version, which also will support the camcorder jvc dvl355, dvl555, dvx77 and thomson vmd120/160, which now can only be enabled by dv-in service.

09.06.01   now dv-in is possible for sharp vl-me10s, vl-wd250s, vl-wd450s and vl-wd650s by dv-in service.

30.05.01   the jvc gr-dvx44 can now be dv-in enabled by dv-in service. the dv-in software for jvc will also soon support this camcorder.

18.05.01   lremote 6.7 is availlible now. the latest version of the dv-in software for sony and canon camcorder also supports the new d8 modells trv230, trv235, trv325, trv430, trv530 and trv725. at these camcorders dv-in, analog-in, whitebalance and the a/d converter get enabled. the widgets are cheaper now.

04.05.01   diskversion of the dv-in software for jvc/thomson version 1.5 with support for jvc dvl140, dvl150 and dvl450 is availible. the widget for sony d8 now enables dv-in and analogue-in also at the latest d8 camcorders trv230, trv235, trv325, trv430, trv530 and trv725.

28.04.01   the new version 1.5 of the dv-in software für jvc downloadversion can now be ordered for download. new sopported are: jvc dvl140, dvl150 and dvl450.

18.04.01   the new sony d8 camcorder trv130, trv230, trv235, trv325, trv430, trv530 and trv725, the latested canon camcorder mv400, mv430 and mv450 and jvc dvl140, dvl150, dvl355, dvl450 and dvl555 can now be dv-in enabled. first, enabling the dv-in is only possible by dv-in service, but the new software and widget versions are allready in work, so that we can anounce them for early may. the trv130 is the only sony d8 camcorder which cannot be analog-in enabled, and can only get dv-in enabled by service.

31.03.01   we now can (new and exclusivly) enable the samsung dv-camcorder vp-d55 and vp-d60 by dv-in service. we wont be able to write software or built widgets for these camcorders, because there is no service-connection at the camcorder to communicate with.

12.03.01   english version of www.dv-in.com startet the service today. we plan to offer this site soon in more languages.

03.03.01   today we managed to enable a panasonic nv-mx5eg for the first time. we now offer the dv-in serivce for this camcorder. also the latested version of panadvin and our widget for panasonic can now enabled the nv-mx5eg. we also think, that the nv-mx1eg can be enabled exaclty like the mx5eg.

01.02.01   canon-widget now supports the canon mv3, mv3mc, mv30, mv100 and mv300.

02.12.00   lremote now supports also the canon mv3 and mv3mc.

22.11.00   the canon mv3 and mv3mc now also can be dv-in enabled. the dv-in service is possible now, the software and widgets will follow soon.

19.10.00   lremote 6.5 can, like all other products, now directly be shipped. now also the canon mv1 und mv100 are supported. please note that these camcorders do only work together with canopus editing cards, if they are dv-in enabled.

07.10.00   our dv-in software for jvc/thomson is now also available as downloadversion. this version is cheaper and can be used immediately because no shipping is necessary.

11.09.00   lremote 6.5 now supports also the canon mv30 und mv300. the modells mv1 and mv100 will also be supported soon. our dv-in software for jvc 1.3 can now enable the jvc gr-dvl108, gr-dvl308, gr-dvl9700, gr-dvx8 and gr-dvx9.

31.08.00   canon mv1, mv100, mv30 and mv300 and also jvc gr-dvx9 and gr-dvl9700 can now be dv-in enabled. the widgets and software is going to be produced now and will be sold soon (see news from 11.09.00). now you can use our dv-in service for these camcorders.
